Delivery Terms & Conditions
All listed item prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is added to delivery charges at checkout.
International orders are shipped via Airmail or Courier. A confirmation email will be sent when items have been dispatched. When orders are dispatched via UK mainland or International courier a tracking number will be emailed with the dispatch confirmation email. Please note: All customs/duties charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Micamoma can not be held responsible for any charges levied by international customs authorities.
All payments are processed securely via Paypal. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer/Internet banking please contact Micamoma for details.
UK and European delivery rates are automatically generated based on the weight and delivery location of your order. We aim to ensure that you receive your order within 3-7 days from dispatch. All orders should be dispatched within 1-4 working days of receiving full payment for the items.
Delivery destinations to the Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges other than that of mainland UK. In this case we may contact you if the generated automated delivery quote does not cover the cost of delivery to those locations.
If you need your items sooner then please contact us. Items will be sent by Royal Mail or by courier for heavier items.
European Union Nail polish suspension base shipping
We deliver to most countries within the European Union. Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Shipping to Non EU Countries
We are able to ship to most countries. Please select your country from the drop-down list on the cart page. A shipping quote will be automatically generated If your country is not on the list please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or here so we can give you a quote for shipping to your country. Thank you.
If an order is to be shipped via a third party. We can not held responsible for any damages or claims once the order/ items are in the care of the third party shipper or courier
Please note we are unable to ship suspension base and liquid pigment pigments to Non EU locations United States and Canada
We are happy to accept returns. The items must be unopened and unused. The customer has 14 days from day of receipt to return the Goods. The customer will pay the return delivery charges.

We can only accept items for return if prior notice is given within 14 days of receiving the items. Goods must be received by Micamoma within 14 days from initial notification of intent to return. A trackable delivery service must be used. Micamoma can not be held responsible for the loss or delay of items returned. Refunds cannot be issued if items are not received.
It is advisable to purchase small amounts initially to complete testing before commiting to larger quantities in order to check an items compatability.
In the event of unwanted or unclaimed orders being returned to us. We can resend the items however the customer will pay the return postage cost. If a refund is requested we will refund the order total less the postage charges and any additional fees incurred.
While every effort has been made to ensure that photographs of our products are accurate representations there may be slight variations. Please order a sample to check suitability.
